In our experience, there can be much greater potential for growth, expression, meaning, harmony, and creativity in our relationships when we realize that the true source of power, choice, and control is within us.

Alexandra Lichine is an energy psychologist who specializes in how to heal the psychological /mental/emotional constructs and patterns, or wounds, that live at all levels of our energetic being, which limit and diminish our general capacity and radiance, our congruence, our freedom to choose, our ability to be present both to ourselves and others; and, our commitment to experience, develop and express our core-essence, our natural state, our beauty and our gifts in the world. She has comprehensive training in HBLU-Healing from the Body Level Up, which comprises much of her clinical practice; she facilitates Voice Dialogue; and, she works with Therapeutic-Grade Essential oils for both support and transmutation. She has a B.A, M.A. and M.S., and is a State Licensed Practitioner (L.M.S.W) and a Certified Tapas Acupressure Technique Professional.

Both Alexandra and Jamie have been initiated in several enegy, shamanic, and Indigenous-Wisdom traditions and experienced and gifted energy workers.
